Winter Weather From Texas to the Mid-Atlantic

An arctic air mass will bring cold temperatures across much of the central and eastern U.S.; in addition to bringing mixed precipitation and icy conditions from south Texas and the central Gulf Coast into the southern Mid-Atlantic which may cause hazardous travel and power outages.
