mvfr cigs are hanging on causing fuel alternates. Clouds expected
to lift by 16z but by then some showers and maybe a thunderstorms.
Best chance at KRME with lesser chances to the sw.

MVFR cigs remain possible all terminals through mid morning,
before a return to VFR with a mid deck around 6,000 feet through
afternoon. SKC tonight with calm conditions will lead to dense
valley fog at KELM after 06Z, with IFR conditions likely. Below
airport mins possible after 08z at KELM. 

OUTLOOK...

Thursday...VFR except valley fog at KELM early Thursday morning.

Friday...Although VFR expected much of the time, brief
restrictions with showers/thunderstorms are possible.

Sat and Sun...VFR.
