...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Oregon...

  Owyhee River Below Owyhee Dam affecting Malheur County.

.Snow melt and increased reservoir releases will cause the river
flows to become high. Expect minor flooding downstream from the dam.

For the Owyhee River...including Owyhee Dam...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

EARLY TOMORROW AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Owyhee River below Owyhee Dam.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 3,000 cfs, Low lying roads, river access and
  recreation sites adjacent to the river will flood. Farm equipment
  near the river may need to be moved.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:30 AM MDT Thursday /7:30 AM PDT Thursday/ the flow was
    4,061 cfs.
  - Bankfull is 1,000 cfs.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river flow in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:30 AM MDT Thursday /7:30 AM PDT Thursday/ was
    4,615 cfs.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning and continue falling to 700.0 cfs Saturday,
    April 27.
  - Flood flow is 3,000 cfs.
  - Flood History...No available flood history.
