Arkansas...

  Black River At Black Rock affecting Jackson, Independence and
  Lawrence Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

River forecasts are based on current conditions and rainfall
forecasted to occur over the next 24 hours. During periods of
flooding...Evening forecasts are reissued with updated rainfall
forecasts.

...Patchy Slick Spots on Area Roadways Possible Late Tonight and
early Monday...

A strong storm system will dive quickly southeast into the Ohio
Valley tonight. A period of light snow will be possible generally
east of the Mississippi River. A dusting up to a half inch of
snowfall will be possible, with the greatest amounts likely over
the Evansville Tri State. Temperatures will be in the upper 20s,
so some slick spots are likely to develop on area roadways.
Bridges, overpasses and untreated roadways will be most likely to
become slick and hazardous.

Motorists from late this evening through Monday morning should
slow down and be prepared for slick and hazardous driving
conditions.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of Indiana, south
central Indiana, east central Kentucky, north central Kentucky,
northwest Kentucky, and south central Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Light to moderate snow will be found across the outlook area this
evening, mainly in areas east of I-65. Winter Storm Warnings and
Winter Weather Advisories are in effect for portions of the area,
please see the winter weather message for specific details.

After the snow diminishes late this evening, another batch of
light snows will move through the region very late tonight and
towards sunrise Monday. These snow showers may produce another
round of light snow accumulations along with slick road
conditions.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Middle Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Snow showers are expected to continue, but come to an end from west
to east during the afternoon and evening. Total snowfall
accumulations will range from up to two inches across the northwest,
two to six inches remaining of western and central regions, and 5 to
10 inches across locations just west of and across Cumberland
Plateau Region.

Major travel impacts will occur. Please exercise caution on area
roadways through tonight. Only travel if absolutely necessary.
Travel may be impossible across higher elevations of Cumberland
Plateau Region through tonight. If you must travel, keep extra
warm clothing, flashlight, non perishable food, and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency.

Please keep up to date with latest forecasts and road conditions
information across Middle Tennessee and surrounding regions.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

With temperatures not warming significantly above freezing across
entire mid state until afternoon hours on Tuesday, any moisture
remaining on area roadways will likely remain frozen. Continue to
exercise caution on area roadways through Tuesday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will likely be needed. Please relay any
information about observed severe weather to the NWS while following
all local, state, and CDC guidelines.
