...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Oregon...

  Owyhee River Below Owyhee Dam affecting Malheur County.

.Snow melt and increased reservoir releases will cause the river
flows to become high. Expect minor flooding downstream from the dam.

For the Owyhee River...including Owyhee Dam, Owyhee Dam...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:30 AM MDT Friday /3:30 AM PDT Friday/ the flow was
    4,418.0 cfs.
  - Bankfull is 1,000 cfs.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river flow in the 24 hours
    ending at 4:30 AM MDT Friday /3:30 AM PDT Friday/ was 4,418.0
    cfs.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning and continue falling to 1,100.0 cfs Sunday,
    April 28.
  - Flood flow is 3,000.0 cfs.
  - Flood History...No available flood history.

river flows.

For the Owyhee River...including Wildhorse Dam, Wildhorse, Mountain
City...Minor flooding is forecast.

...FLOOD WARNING FOR SNOWMELT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Owyhee River near Mountain City.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Moderate flooding occurs along the river
  channel. River embankment erosion occurs. Rodeo grounds are
  flooded. Low-lying hay fields and pasture flooding occurs.
  Businesses located along the river in Mountain City experience
  water seepage. Water has to be pumped from the Visitor Center.
  River level is nearing the level of the Boney Lane Bridge spanning
  the Owyhee River, and Nevada State Highway 225 between Mountain
  City and Owyhee. Access to Pleasant Valley is impacted.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:25 AM PDT Friday the stage was 7.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to flood stage early this
    morning. It will then fall to 7.9 feet late this morning. It
    will rise above flood stage again late this afternoon to 8.2
    feet early Monday morning. It will then fall Tuesday
    afternoon. It will rise to 8.7 feet Friday, April 26. It will
    then fall again but remain above flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Flood History...No available flood history.

    late Thursday evening and continue rising to 3.5 feet Friday,
