Highs for coastal areas in the 60s, for inland Orange County and the San Diego County valleys in the upper 60s to lower 70s, in the 70s for the Inland Empire, in the mid 80s to lower 90s for the Apple and Lucerne Valleys, in the mid 90s to around 100 for the lower deserts, and in the upper 60s to mid 70s for the mountains for elevations from 4500 to 7000 feet.
Hot weather will prevail in the lower deserts with temperatures around 5° above normal. Mild weather will prevail west of the mountains with temperatures mostly 5° below normal.
