Fire Threats Continue in Southern California; System Will Strengthen Over The East

Critical fire weather threats continue in southern California and will likely persist through the weekend into early next week. Once again, Santa Ana offshore winds and dry conditions are fueling these dangerous conditions. Meanwhile, a system in the South will strengthen over the Southeast/Mid-Atlantic with heavy rain and isolated severe storms before becoming a Northeast Nor'easter this weekend. Read More >
