Warming Trend

First 90 Degree Day

High temperatures throughout Central California this afternoon will be around ten degrees warmer than yesterday afternoon. Maximum temperatures across Central California Wednesday afternoon will be about five degrees above normal for this time of year.

The maximum temperature so far this year in Bakersfield is 91 degrees, measured on April 12th. Other locations in the San Joaquin Valley have yet to experience the first 90 degree day this year.
