This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday

There is a chance for thunderstorms Thursday across central Kansas.
A few strong to marginally severe storms with down-burst wind gusts
of 50 to 60 mph and nickel size hail will be possible during the
late afternoon and evening. A larger complex of thunderstorms is
expected to develop across much of the area Thursday night. The main
risk will be heavy rainfall and potential for minor lowland
flooding. Thunderstorms will become most likely across south central
and southeast Kansas on Friday into Friday night with locally heavy
rainfall and a continued risk for flooding.

Chances for thunderstorms will end across central Kansas on
Saturday, but continue through Saturday night across south central
and southeast Kansas. While the chance for heavy rainfall is
expected to diminish, some minor flooding concerns could continue
into early Sunday.
